From the attention to detail in our architecture to the personalised aftercare our customers receive, this recognition speaks to the hard work and dedication across every part of the team.   Here’s what some of our homeowners have had to say:   *“We love the style of the buildings as they are very different to other new builds. The large windows are fantastic for allowing sunlight into the house. The garden is also a nice size and the ivy-style fencing makes the property even more unique. It really feels like a lot of care goes in to building a Northstone property.”* — James K, Airie   *“Just moved in. Good customer service. Very happy with our home. Great size, quality features. High quality appliances, flooring and carpet. Full-length windows are fabulous. The ensuite double shower is fantastic, as is the walk-in wardrobe. Great design.”* — Jen   To everyone who’s played a part in shaping the Northstone experience — thank you. These rankings are a reflection of your efforts, your standards, and your care. Let’s keep going.   - ![\_JA23300-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23300-Edit.jpg?width=8256&height=5504&name=_JA23300-Edit.jpg) Hover message - ![\_JA23333-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23333-Edit.jpg?width=5504&height=8256&name=_JA23333-Edit.jpg) Hover message - ![\_JA23344-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23344-Edit.jpg?width=8256&height=5504&name=_JA23344-Edit.jpg) Hover message - ![\_JA23356-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23356-Edit.jpg?width=5504&height=8256&name=_JA23356-Edit.jpg) Hover message - ![\_JA23359-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23359-Edit.jpg?width=7828&height=5219&name=_JA23359-Edit.jpg) Hover message - ![\_JA23363-Edit](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA23363-Edit.jpg?width=7417&height=4945&name=_JA23363-Edit.jpg) Hover message ## Related Stories [![](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Glisk%20web%20(2).jpg?width=352&name=Glisk%20web%20(2).jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/218-energy-efficient-homes-and-new-footpath-improvements-approved-in-ellesmere-port) Developments #### [218 energy-efficient homes and new footpath improvements approved in Ellesmere Port](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/218-energy-efficient-homes-and-new-footpath-improvements-approved-in-ellesmere-port) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/218-energy-efficient-homes-and-new-footpath-improvements-approved-in-ellesmere-port) [![](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/s_JA18349-1.jpg?width=352&name=s_JA18349-1.jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/we-reveal-our-energy-efficient-new-homes-in-wigan) Developments #### [We reveal our energy-efficient new homes in Wigan](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/we-reveal-our-energy-efficient-new-homes-in-wigan) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/we-reveal-our-energy-efficient-new-homes-in-wigan) [![](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/11021_NORTHSTONE%20HORWICH_V05_FINAL%20%5Bweb%20res%5D-1.jpg?width=352&name=11021_NORTHSTONE%20HORWICH_V05_FINAL%20%5Bweb%20res%5D-1.jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/feedback-welcomed-on-plans-for-new-homes-in-edenfield-with-open-space-and-improved-parking) Developments #### [We welcome your feedback on plans for new homes in Edenfield with open space and improved parking](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/feedback-welcomed-on-plans-for-new-homes-in-edenfield-with-open-space-and-improved-parking) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/feedback-welcomed-on-plans-for-new-homes-in-edenfield-with-open-space-and-improved-parking) Sign up to our newsletter ###### Socials - [Follow us on Facebook Facebook](https://www.facebook.com) - [Follow us on Instagram Instagram](https://www.facebook.com/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on Twitter Twitter](https://twitter.com/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on LinkedIn LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on Facebook YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy_EBt7OYmDZ2iDopjA9fFQ) ###### Contact Details Venus Building 1 Old Park Lane, TraffordCity, Manchester, M41 7HA info@northstone.co.uk 0161 629 8220 ###### About Northstone - [The New Homes Quality Code](https://northstone.co.uk/the-new-homes-quality-code/) - [Customer Care](https://northstone.co.uk/neighbourhub/) - [Design Approach](https://northstone.co.uk/design-approach/) - [Careers](https://northstone.co.uk/careers/) - [About](https://northstone.co.uk/about/) - [Community and Social Value](https://northstone.co.uk/community-and-social-value/) - [Terms of Use](https://northstone.co.uk/app/uploads/2026/06/Website-Terms-of-Use.pdf) ###### About Northstone Northstone, part of the Peel Group, is an established, award-winning northern placemaker renowned for delivering quality, innovative homes.
