Last night, at the very first **Insider Lancashire Awards** held at the stunning **Winter Gardens in Blackpool**, our Barrowford development, **Keld**, was named **Residential Development of the Year**! 🎉   This award is a huge milestone for us. Keld represents our vision to build the *new, new build*—a step above the ordinary. Winning this award shows that the industry recognizes our commitment to delivering something better, setting a new standard for residential developments.   The event itself was amazing, celebrating the best businesses and projects from across Lancashire. To be recognized at such a prestigious event, surrounded by so many talented and inspiring people, was a truly unforgettable moment. We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved with Keld, but we couldn’t have done it without the support of our fantastic team, partners, and the wonderful residents who’ve made Keld their home.   Thank you to everyone who believed in our vision. This award is for all of you!   Here’s to more exciting projects in the future—and more reasons to celebrate! 🏆 ## Related Stories [![](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Pendleburys%20-%20Copy-1.jpg?width=352&name=Pendleburys%20-%20Copy-1.jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/silkash-in-bolton-welcomes-first-residents) Community #### [Silkash in Bolton welcomes first residents](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/silkash-in-bolton-welcomes-first-residents) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/silkash-in-bolton-welcomes-first-residents) [![Natural England Chief Executive Marian Spain speaking with Northstone Development Director Jon England at the Airie development, off St Helen’s Road, Bolton](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Marian_Spain_speaking_with_Jon_England_at_Northstone.jpg?width=352&name=Marian_Spain_speaking_with_Jon_England_at_Northstone.jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/strategy-breaks-ground-on-biodiversity-net-gain-and-nature-growth) #### [Airie: Setting the Standard for Biodiversity Net Gain Across Greater Manchester](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/strategy-breaks-ground-on-biodiversity-net-gain-and-nature-growth) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/strategy-breaks-ground-on-biodiversity-net-gain-and-nature-growth) [![](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/_JA17420-Pano-Edit.jpg?width=352&name=_JA17420-Pano-Edit.jpg)](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/show-homes-at-new-development-keld-open-their-doors-in-barrowford) Developments #### [Show homes at new development Keld open their doors in Barrowford](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/show-homes-at-new-development-keld-open-their-doors-in-barrowford) [Read More](https://hub.northstone.co.uk/show-homes-at-new-development-keld-open-their-doors-in-barrowford) Sign up to our newsletter ###### Socials - [Follow us on Facebook Facebook](https://www.facebook.com) - [Follow us on Instagram Instagram](https://www.facebook.com/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on Twitter Twitter](https://twitter.com/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on LinkedIn LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/northstoneuk/) - [Follow us on Facebook YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy_EBt7OYmDZ2iDopjA9fFQ) ###### Contact Details Venus Building 1 Old Park Lane, TraffordCity, Manchester, M41 7HA info@northstone.co.uk 0161 629 8220 ###### About Northstone - [The New Homes Quality Code](https://northstone.co.uk/the-new-homes-quality-code/) - [Customer Care](https://northstone.co.uk/neighbourhub/) - [Design Approach](https://northstone.co.uk/design-approach/) - [Careers](https://northstone.co.uk/careers/) - [About](https://northstone.co.uk/about/) - [Community and Social Value](https://northstone.co.uk/community-and-social-value/) - [Terms of Use](https://northstone.co.uk/app/uploads/2026/06/Website-Terms-of-Use.pdf) ###### About Northstone Northstone, part of the Peel Group, is an established, award-winning northern placemaker renowned for delivering quality, innovative homes.
