Northstone hosted a final event for its residents after selling the last property on its Airie development on St Helens Road, Bolton.
The community event brought more than 100 neighbours together, along with purchasers yet to move in, suppliers, and tradespeople. They enjoyed complimentary Carrs pasties, a fire dancing show, sparklers, and face painting. The family event also supported local charity, Backup North West, raising £350 by offering cakes, treats, and hot drinks.
Chrissie Bramhall-England, communities manager at Northstone, said:
"It was incredibly special to see everyone come out and join us for what marks a significant milestone for the development. So many smiling faces from start to finish and we were thankful that the weather was also on our side so the incredible fire dancers could perform. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone, it really was a fitting way to complete our time at Airie. It’s been truly rewarding to watch this development grow into a vibrant community. Over the years, we’ve hosted primary and secondary school visits, college visits and work experiences, public art exhibitions, and numerous community events. Seeing these connections come to life has been a wonderful journey, and we’re so proud to have been a part of it."
