That’s why we’re proud to support local organisations through our **Cynefin Community Fund**, which helps initiatives that bring people together and provide vital services. Recently, we visited two incredible organisations that have received support from the fund: **Brazley Community Centre** and **Bolton Hospice**.   #### Brazley Community Centre Brazley Community Centre is a hub for connection and wellbeing. From craft sessions to health-focused activities, the centre offers a welcoming space for everyone. One of its most valued initiatives, **‘Warm Space’**, provides companionship and practical support to those who need it most—helping to combat isolation and create a sense of belonging.   #### Bolton Hospice Bolton Hospice delivers compassionate care to more than 700 patients and families every year. With rising costs and increasing demand for palliative care, their work is more important than ever. Their upcoming **Making Every Moment Count** campaign aims to raise essential funds to keep these services running and ensure every patient receives the dignity and care they deserve.   #### Why It Matters Days like these remind us why we do what we do. Supporting organisations that make a real difference in people’s lives is at the heart of our mission.
