Recently, we visited two incredible organisations that have received support from the fund: Brazley Community Centre and Bolton Hospice.
Brazley Community Centre
Brazley Community Centre is a hub for connection and wellbeing. From craft sessions to health-focused activities, the centre offers a welcoming space for everyone. One of its most valued initiatives, ‘Warm Space’, provides companionship and practical support to those who need it most—helping to combat isolation and create a sense of belonging.
Bolton Hospice
Bolton Hospice delivers compassionate care to more than 700 patients and families every year. With rising costs and increasing demand for palliative care, their work is more important than ever. Their upcoming Making Every Moment Count campaign aims to raise essential funds to keep these services running and ensure every patient receives the dignity and care they deserve.
