Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with the brilliant #WiganReach team to deliver a series of employability sessions designed to empower young people.
These sessions focused on building confidence, exploring career pathways, and developing essential skills to prepare for the world of work. It’s been an inspiring journey watching participants grow, ask questions, and share their aspirations.

We concluded the programme with a fantastic celebration event led by Jonathan England, who delivered an engaging session on the construction sector. From practical insights to diverse career opportunities, Jonathan’s talk opened doors to new possibilities for our young attendees.
