Strong Interest at Our Windle Open Day

We were delighted to welcome a strong turnout of prospective homebuyers to our recent open day at Cynefin in Horwich, where couples and families joined us throughout the day to find out more about our upcoming Windle development in Edenfield.

Hosting the event at Cynefin gave visitors the chance to step inside our show homes and get a real feel for the quality, layouts and specification that will be coming to Windle when it launches later this year. Being able to explore a range of house types first‑hand helped people picture what life at Windle could look like.

The open day proved particularly popular with couples and families looking for spacious, energy‑efficient homes in a village setting. Many visitors spent time chatting with our sales team about individual needs, financing options and the opportunity to reserve a home off plan ahead of the wider release.

As Windle is a brand‑new development, holding the event at Cynefin allowed buyers to fully immerse themselves in the look and feel of the homes we will be delivering in Edenfield. We saw strong early interest from people keen to secure plots, drawn by the choice of 2, 3, 4 and 5‑bedroom homes and the opportunity to personalise elements during the build process.

Located just off Blackburn Road in Edenfield, Windle will comprise 50 thoughtfully designed homes, all featuring stone exteriors to reflect the character of the village. The development has been carefully planned to combine our commitment to sustainable placemaking with contemporary living, offering village life without compromise.

As Anita Jolley, our Sales and Marketing Director, said:

“We were delighted with the level of interest and the number of couples and families who came along to the open day. There’s clearly a strong appetite for homes like those planned for Windle, particularly from buyers looking for space, quality and a true sense of place. We’re really looking forward to continuing those conversations as we move closer to launching the development.”
