We officially launched our new Breacla development in Lancaster, and the response has been incredible. Even though we don’t have show homes ready yet, the interest has been overwhelming. Plus, we’re seeing people head all the way over to our site at Horwich, where we have showhomes to give them a taste of what Northstone homes are all about.   **A Great Start! 4 Plots Reserved, 2 Early Bird Sales.** We’re excited to share that even before our official launch, we had 4 plots reserved, with 2 more snapped up over the weekend! It’s an amazing start, especially considering these reservations are all off-plan. It just shows how much people are already excited about what we’re building at Breacla.   **Selling Off-Plan. Great Design, Even Better Homes.** Even though we’re selling off-plan for now, it’s clear that the quality and design of these homes are already making an impact. With spacious living areas, large windows, and modern open-plan layouts, buyers can see the potential in these homes. They’re not just buying a property, they’re buying into a lifestyle.   **What’s Next at Breacla.** We’re looking ahead to the showhome launch, which we expect in October 2025, but before that, we’ll be hosting “Muddy Boot Days.” These events will give people a chance to visit the site and experience the development firsthand – even before the showhome is ready.   **Before They're Gone!** If you haven’t yet checked out the plans for Breacla, now’s the perfect time to get involved.
